A glueless-start version of the Small Wonder Automatic Turret Rewinder uses a tucking system to automatically start the winding of small label rolls without the need for core glue. The machine is available in a coreless version that can start the winding directly on an air shaft. It operates directly in line with a press, allowing single pass non-stop roll label production. It is also adaptable to jobs requiring off-line finishing. It can be used directly in-line and also off-line, and a tail label roll closure system is also available for total glueless operation.
